Boo. found out i didn’t get the ChaseBook gig. sucks, they were looking for someone with more experience.. bummer in the summer! Well i have some small time gigs and side projects to keep me busy, would have been sweet…
Well I assume everybody caught Star Trek this weekend, as part of our geek-ily duties.
I liked it, was it the greatest sci-fi movie of the 21st century. no.
Was it as cool, yes. A good B + rating from me.
But one thing bugged me as we stepped out the cinema…
I don’t know if i dig the whole alternate timeline / parellel universe stuff.
So in essence it’s a big fuck you, all your favorite Star Trek episode & crap that ain’t happenin’ now,
Cause now the Enterprise is in a whole parallel universe writing a whole new time line.
Or does history find a way to balance itself out… Hmmm Kirk did end up captain (surprise surprise)
I dunno time travel always leaves a bad taste in my mouth..
